Low-Carb Berry Cream Popsicles
Popsicles are a perfect treat during the summer months or basically whenever a craving for a sweet hits (daily)!
I received products from one of my favorite companies, Artisana Organics, to make and share this recipe with you all. If you haven't noticed yet, I use Artisana products constantly. Always clean, quality ingredients that genuinely taste SO GOOD.
For me, I prefer to not regularly incorporate high-carb or high-sugar foods into my diet. Since most commercial popsicles are basically just sweet fruit juice (sugar + water) and artificial coloring, I knew I needed to develop an alternative to fit with my diet lifestyle. The result? LOW-CARB GOODNESS.

Low-Sugar, Low-Carb, & Ketogenic Treat Option
Made with minimal ingredients, including delicious healthy fats, Low-Carb Berry Cream Popsicles will allow you to feel like you're indulging in dessert without the immediate blood sugar spike that a traditional popsicle would cause.
Basically, these are fat bombs on a stick. Who doesn't love that?!
These popsicles are made with low-sugar and low-carb berries, coconut oil, coconut butter, and my favorite net-carb-free sweetener, monk fruit sweetener (use code "REALBALANCED" for 20% off Lakanto products!). Plus, don't forget about the best part, the drizzles. Some cashew butter, coconut butter, and chocolate right on top. INTO IT.
As an added bonus, these popsicles are also paleo-friendly, dairy-free, vegatarian, and vegan!
One popsicle contains only 2.2g net carbs! YES. So, if you are following a low-carb, or even a keto diet, this is a perfect sweet treat option! I follow a low-carb, sometimes ketogenic, diet and these popsicles are a staple in our house (just ask Ryan. he is obsessed with this recipe so I make them quite often).

Prep time: 5-10 mins
Total time: Overnight
Yields: 6 popsicles
1 cup frozen mixed berries, blackberries, or raspberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut butter
2 tbsp golden monk fruit sweetener (use code "REALBALANCED" for 20% off Lakanto products)
1 cup unsweetened original or vanilla almond milk
Cashew Butter Drizzle
Coconut Butter Drizzle
2 tbsp coconut butter
- Using a double boiler over low heat, melt all popsicle ingredients together and mix with a whisk until-well combined.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- For drizzles, melt ingredients and drizzle on top of popsicles.
- Serve and enjoy!
